2. Data we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, phone, photo, languages, work permits for Workers; company details for Clients), mission data (applications, confirmations, check-in/check-out times, locations of missions, ratings), payment data, communications within the platform, and technical data (device, app version, log data).

We share data with service providers (hosting, payment processing, identity verification) under data processing agreements, and with authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.
6. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies (session, language) and - only with consent - analytics cookies to understand usage. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Account data is kept for the duration of the account plus statutory retention periods (in particular 10 years for accounting-relevant records under Swiss law). Mission and time-tracking records are kept for 5 years. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and receive a copy of your data, and to object to certain processing.
