Conditions générales
1. About Talioo
Talioo Sàrl ("Talioo", "we") operates a digital platform connecting businesses organising events ("Clients") with independent event staff ("Workers") in Switzerland, via the Talioo Clients and Talioo Workers mobile applications (iOS and Android) and this website. These Terms govern all use of the platform.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Workers must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Switzerland. Clients must be registered businesses. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Identity verification is required before a first mission.
3. Missions
Clients publish missions describing the work, location, date, dress code and hourly rate. A contract for a mission is formed directly between the Client and the Worker when the Client confirms the Worker’s application. Talioo is not a party to that contract and does not act as an employer or staffing agency unless expressly stated.
4. Hours & payment
Working time is recorded through on-site check-in and check-out in the Workers app and rounded to the nearest quarter-hour. Clients must review and approve recorded hours within 72 hours of mission end; unreviewed hours are deemed approved. Payment is processed at the confirmed hourly rate through the platform.
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a mission free of charge up to 48 hours before its start; later cancellations incur compensation of 4 hours at the agreed rate per confirmed Worker. Workers who cancel repeatedly at short notice may have their account suspended.
6. Conduct & ratings
Both parties commit to professional conduct on site. After each mission, Clients and Workers may rate each other. Manipulated ratings, harassment, discrimination or circumvention of the platform (off-platform hiring of Workers introduced through Talioo within 12 months) constitute material breaches.
7. Liability
Talioo provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the availability of Workers or missions. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Talioo’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent, and capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes, law & jurisdiction
We may amend these Terms with 30 days’ notice via the apps or e-mail; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory venues.
